By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This application is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners with individuals seeking to rent vehicles.
The platform:
- Does not own any vehicles listed
- Is not a rental company
- Is not a party to any rental agreement between users
- Does not act as an agent for either party
All rental agreements, payments, disputes, damages, and responsibilities are strictly between the vehicle owner and the renter.
2. No Responsibility for Rental Transactions
The platform is not responsible for:
- Vehicle condition, safety, or legality
- Accuracy of listings
- Cancellations or no-shows
- Accidents or damages
- Insurance coverage
- Mechanical failures
- Fraudulent behavior by users
Users rent and provide vehicles at their own risk.
3. User Responsibility
Users agree that they are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the identity of the other party
- Inspecting the vehicle before and after rental
- Ensuring the vehicle has valid insurance and documents
- Respecting Moroccan road and rental laws
- Any fines, penalties, or legal violations
The platform does not guarantee the reliability, legality, or behavior of any user.
4. Payments
The platform does not process, hold, or manage payments between users unless explicitly stated in the future.
All financial transactions occur directly between users, and the platform bears no financial liability related to payments, refunds, or disputes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, the platform and its owners shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of money, data, or reputation
- Personal injury or death
- Vehicle damage
- Legal disputes between users
Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. User Content & Listings
Users are responsible for all content they publish, including:
- Vehicle information
- Photos
- Prices
- Availability
The platform may remove or suspend any listing or account suspected of fraud, false information, illegal activity, or policy violations without prior notice.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Receive multiple complaints
- Engage in suspicious or illegal activity
No compensation will be owed in case of account suspension.
8. Data & Authorities
User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The platform may disclose user information to Moroccan authorities if legally required by court order, law enforcement request, or legal investigation.
9. No Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, including:
- Availability without interruption
- Error-free operation
- Security against hacking
We do not guarantee that the app will always function perfectly.
10. Disputes Between Users
The platform is not responsible for resolving disputes between renters and owners.
Users agree that any dispute must be handled directly between the parties involved or through the appropriate legal authorities.
11. Legal Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable Moroccan laws regarding:
- Vehicle rental
- Driving regulations
- Insurance
- Identity verification
The platform bears no responsibility for users violating the law.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any legal dispute involving the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
